Position summary
We are currently hiring a customer-focused and detail-oriented professional to join our Customer Interaction Center (CIC) team within Nestlé Supply Chain.
This role is at the heart of our operations, ensuring seamless customer interactions and delivering best-in-class service to our Out-of-Home (OOH) customers. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, enhancing customer satisfaction, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Working closely with internal teams and customers, you will contribute to smooth day-to-day operations while elevating the overall customer experience through efficient processes and strong communication.

Reporting to: CIC OOH Team Leader
Contract: Permanent position

A day in the life…
Responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience and supporting CIC operations by:

  • Managing inbound and outbound customer interactions, including order processing
  • Communicating promotions to enhance customer engagement and support sales growth
  • Handling customer inquiries, requests, and claims with professionalism and a customer-first mindset
  • Resolving order cycle exceptions to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  • Supporting billing activities, including invoice and credit note management
  • Maintaining SAP accuracy through timely and precise ticket updates
  • Ensuring accurate customer data and CRM records
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and team objectives
  • Taking ownership of additional responsibilities based on business needs

What makes you successful

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service or Call Center environments
  • Fluency in Greek and English
  • Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office tools
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong collaboration skills and team spirit
  • Experience with Power BI, SAP, or AI tools will be considered a strong advantage
