Position summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and analytical Customer Solutions Analyst to join our Customer Service team in Athens. In this role, you will play a key part in the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process, ensuring the effective execution of customer orders, managing claims and requests, and driving continuous improvement through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders to identify solutions, improve service performance, and enhance the overall customer experience.

A day in the life...

You will help ensure the smooth daily execution of the Order-to-Cash process by:

  • Taking ownership of issues across the end-to-end process and coordinating timely solutions to ensure customer orders are executed accurately and on schedule.
  • Managing customer complaints, requests, claims, returns and refusals with speed, accuracy and a customer-first mindset.
  • Monitoring service performance and key KPIs, preparing reports and providing insights to support business decision-making.
  • Conducting root cause analysis and identifying opportunities to improve processes and service levels.
  • Supporting continuous improvement and innovation initiatives that simplify operations and strengthen the customer experience.
  • Collaborating closely with Logistics, Distribution & Supply Planning (DSP), Sales, Finance, IT and other internal teams to resolve operational issues.
  • Building effective relationships with customers, distributors and external logistics partners (3PLs) to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Leveraging digital tools and analytics to improve operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction.


What Makes You Successful

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics or a related field.
  • Postgraduate studies in Supply Chain, Logistics or Business will be considered an advantage.
  • Previous working experience is not required. We welcome applications from recent graduates and early-career professionals with an interest in Supply Chain or Customer Service.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with Power BI, Power Query, Power Apps or VBA will be considered a strong asset.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Customer-centric mindset and strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities and perform effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in Greek and English.
