Position summary
As a Data Integrity and Reporting Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of financial data. You will be responsible for managing data governance processes, supporting reporting systems, and ensuring compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and data integrity standards to support decision-making across the organization.

 

A day in the life…

  • Ensure system readiness (SAP), maintaining and updating all parameters
  • Perform all Period End closing Activities (Cycle Maintenance, Top-Down tasks, reconciliation etc.)
  • Monitor and ensure data integrity in all internal databases 
  • Support all stakeholders in the monthly Dynamic Forecast (DF) process
  • Coordinate and perform reporting during Period End Closing (PEC)
  • Ensure accurate, transparent, consistent, and timely reporting submissions, in full compliance with Nestlé Accounting Standards
  • Participate in challenging cross-functional projects 

 

What makes you successful...

  • BSc or MSc level degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or other related discipline
  • 3+ years of experience in Finance, or related field required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required; Excel skills must be at least at an advanced level
  • SAP knowledge is required
  • Strong research and data analytics capabilities
  • Ability to multitask, work both independently as well as cross-functionally
