Position summary

We are currently hiring a passionate and detail-oriented Supply Chain professional within the Physical Logistics team. This role focuses on transforming logistics data into actionable insights to enable efficient operations, improved service, cost optimization, and stronger decision-making across warehousing and distribution.
You will actively collaborate with internal teams and external partners, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while driving continuous improvement through data analytics processes and tools.

A day in the life…
Responsible for data and analytics optimization across Physical Logistics, warehousing, and distribution by:

  • Developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor performance across warehousing and distribution
  • Analyzing logistics data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for service, cost, and inventory optimization
  • Supporting daily logistics operations by monitoring performance, resolving issues, and providing timely insights to ensure smooth execution
  • Collaborating with 3PL providers and internal stakeholders to improve operations through accurate data, reporting, and analysis
  • Translating business requirements into analytical solutions and actionable recommendations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
  • Driving data quality, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives across logistics processes and tools
  • Contributing to cross-functional projects, including digital transformation and sustainability initiatives


What makes you successful

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Master’s degree or specialization in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Analytics, or related field will be considered a plus
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or data analytics roles
  • Advanced analytical skills with strong knowledge of MS Excel, Power BI, and MS Office applications
  • Hands-on experience with SAP, WMS, and logistics reporting systems
  • Experience with AI / LLM tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) will be considered a strong advantage
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate data into clear business insights
  • Proactive mindset, results orientation, and ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Fluency in Greek & English
