Position Summary
We are currently looking for a passionate and results-driven Medical Representative to join our Nestlé Health Science division.
In this role, you will be responsible for building strong, trust-based relationships with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), providing scientific information and nutritional guidance on our Medical Nutrition portfolio. You will play a key role in positioning our products as trusted partners in patient care, always in full compliance with the NOM Code.

A Day in the Life…
Responsible for driving HCP engagement and territory performance by:
- Building strong partnerships with healthcare professionals across hospitals and private practices
- Visiting HCPs to provide scientific information and promote Medical Nutrition solutions
- Educating HCPs on the role of nutrition in patient care and disease-related malnutrition
- Positioning Nestlé Health Science products as trusted, evidence-based solutions
- Managing and optimizing territory performance based on objectives and KPIs
- Ensuring full compliance with internal policies and the NOM Code
- Identifying opportunities to enhance patient support through nutritional interventions
What Makes You Successful
- Degree in Life Sciences, Nutrition, Pharmacy, or Paramedical studies (preferred)
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar medical or field-based role
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
- Results-oriented mindset with a proactive and self-driven approach
- Ability to build trust and credibility with Healthcare Professionals
- Strong digital literacy and familiarity with CRM tools
- Fluency in Greek and English
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel
