Reporting to: Procurement Performance Acceleration Leader
10 months contract
 

Position summary
Support the Procurement Excellence Leader / Manager in the construction of the world class solutions required to drive the Strategy of the Functional Stream in the Procurement organization. 
Coordinate the implementation and where relevant, implement the solutions in the Market, support Markets in the problem solving and implementation of the new solutions provided. Create/participate in networks with groups of Above Market and Markets to design, develop the right solutions, share best practices and drive continuous improvement feedback on Solution implementations. 

 

A day in the life …

  • Lead/contribute in the implementation of global procurement projects in the market
  • Provide daily support of end users (both Procurement staff & requestors community) on end to end procurement process 
  • Procurement compliance reporting
  • Analyze procurement processes and propose ideas for optimization
  • Create/change suppliers as per business needs
  • Act as Nestle Business Solutions single point of contact
  • Create & update local training material
  • Create & update Procurement internal webpage 

 

What makes you successful

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. 
  • Postgraduate studies will be considered as an asset but not required.
  • SAP knowledge 
  • Strong business understanding
  • Courage to constructively challenge through effective influencing and collaboration
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Resilience and continuous improvement mindset
  • PC literacy and strong presentation skills
  • Fluency in Greek and English
