Position summary
As part of this role, you will have the opportunity to join the Nespresso Team and to foster an environment where front liners are fully engaged, ensuring that every customer interaction is not only memorable but also enhances the overall customer experience. By driving sales performance, you will play a pivotal role in achieving business objectives while simultaneously empowering front liners to excel in their roles. Furthermore, you will serve as a vital link between the Brand, Head Office, and Retail teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration to align strategies and initiatives that ultimately lead to sustained success in the retail landscape.

A day in the life…
- Design and implement training programs tailored for the Boutique channel and Trade, aligning with strategic company priorities and insights gained from in-store visits.
- Collaborate closely with Boutique Manager/Assistant Boutique Manager to enable them to conduct live coaching and on-the-job training for their teams, promoting the upskilling of each team member through field observation, continuous feedback, and powerful questioning.
- Facilitate training modules and, when appropriate, provide live coaching directly to Boutique team members and Trade Coffee Advisors, promoting engagement and contributing to the strengthening of knowledge, skills, and the achievement of increasingly higher quality standards.
- Ensure that the deployment of training programs takes place according to the planned timelines, methods, and priorities through constant monitoring of KPIs, field checks, and effective communication flow with Boutique Manager/Assistant Boutique Manager and Trade team.
- Translate product and campaign information into engaging, accessible formats, develop training protocols for marketing activities, and reinforce Nespresso's values and sustainability commitments, in the realm of customer experience and learning development.
- Act as a key user of the digital learning platform, creating tailored digital learning paths in alignment and close collaboration with the HQ and local L&D teams.
- Collaborate with other teams, including the Coffee Ambassador, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain, to develop comprehensive training content on transversal processes.
- Develop alternative plans if the deployment or achievement of KPIs is not in line with expectations.
What makes you successful
- University degree in any relevant field is required.
- Minimum 2-3 years of previous experience in Training/Coaching teams and training design.
- Ability to adapt interpersonal communication style to a diverse team of key stakeholders.
- Strong cross-functional relationships that build trust and credibility with a diverse team of internal business partners.
- Fluency in English.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and remote collaboration platforms (e.g. Teams).
- Train-the-Trainer certification with an accredited organization will be considered as a plus.
