SC Customer Solutions Analyst

Position summary
We are currently hiring a Supply Chain/Logistics-oriented professional with strong analytical and IT skills. The position is on the edge of Supply Chain operations and the role is responsible to effectively facilitate the Perfect Order Cycle, manage exceptions, claims and requests, in order to provide top-class service to our customers.

Reporting to: Customer Solutions Analyst Manager
Contract: Permanent position

A day in the life…
Ensure the smooth execution of order-to-cash daily process by:

  • Resolving issues across end-to-end process enabling the timely execution of all orders
  • Handling of customer claims, requests, and returns/refusals in a timely manner
  • Preparing KPI’s for meetings and do ad-hoc analysis of data when necessary
  • Contributing in department’s activities such as participating in innovation projects, improvement initiatives, etc.

To achieve the above it is necessary to collaborate closely with internal teams (other Supply Chain teams, Sales, Finance, IT, etc.), external partners (3PLs, distributors, etc.) and directly with our Customers

What makes you successful

  • Bachelor’s degree in business related field or science / engineering / information systems. Specialization or masters in Supply Chain or Logistics will be considered a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and good MS office knowledge (especially excel). Experience in SAP, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Query or VBA in Excel will be considered a plus
  • Service oriented mindset and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team and on projects
  • Fluency in Greek & English
  • Experience in similar position (especially in a relevant industry or multinational organization) will be considered a plus
