Position summary
We are looking for a results-driven and energetic Sales Executive to join our Field Sales team in Attica.
In this role, you will be responsible for executing store excellence standards, driving product availability and visibility, and delivering sales growth across a defined portfolio of retail customers.

Function: Field Sales (Retail Channel)

 

A day in the life…
You will spend most of your day in the field, visiting stores and managing your assigned route:

  • Ensure optimal product availability, visibility and placement in stores
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers
  • Execute promotional and commercial plans at store level
  • Drive additional sales opportunities (e.g. secondary placements)
  • Perform order taking for assigned customers
  • Monitor product quality (FIFO, expiration dates, packaging)
  • Provide market feedback and competitor insights
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver results

 

What makes you successful

  • University Degree (Business, Marketing or related field)
  • Strong interest in sales and field-based roles
  • Results-oriented mindset and strong execution skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced field environment
  • Proactive, resilient and solution-oriented attitude
  • Fluency in Greek & English
  • PC literacy (MS Office)
  • SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Valid driving license
