Position Summary

To partner with the aligned function and/or business area, together with the relevant HRBPs, to manage the recruitment process, provide subject matter expertise and talent insight, and enable hiring managers to select the best quality candidates at all levels. Responsible for executing and managing the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for the aligned function/business, accurately utilizing the global Talent Acquisition processes, systems and tools to achieve the desired outcome. Leveraging the employee value proposition to ensure a highly positive candidate experience.

A day in the life of...
  • Function as external talent market expert with up-to-date information on key market trends and recruitment-related/talent-related analytics; conduct competitive intelligence by reviewing competitors' employer branding strategies and determining availability of specific talent profiles ("hot jobs")                                                                                   
  • Lead recruitments in several functional areas:  advise Line Manager on recruitment approach and process, lead the interview process , lead the discussion for the choice of the best candidates and manage offers to candidates together with the hiring unit and HR Business Partners                                                         
  • Manage the YOUth Employment Initiative
  • Ensure all branding efforts, awareness building and sourcing efforts are aligned with country compliance standards                                                   
  • Research strategic sourcing tools and sourcing channels to drive awareness and quality of hire; develop a specific market plan based on the talent needs of the market; develop a College Recruiting sourcing plan to drive awareness and increase quality applicants for intern and trainee programs                               
  • Manage relationships with sourcing tool and employment branding vendors                       
  • Identify and develop new channels for talent sourcing and lead generation; drive sourcing activities to enhance diversity and gender balance; operationally work with key stakeholders to focus on identification and qualification of key talent vs critical roles/skills gap (talent pipelining)
What Will Make You Successful
  • University Degree in Business Studies
  • Human Resources Management studies will be considered an asset
  • 3- 4 years of working experience in talent acquisition
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, stakeholder management experience, self-motivation, innovative thinking
  • Fluency in Greek & English
  • Digital savvy
