Position Summary

To actively support the NiM Talent Center of Competence mainly in the areas of Learning & Capability Building and People Analytics by providing administrative support and logistic coordination to key training and people analytics processes.

A day in the life of...
  • Training Administration: book training locations, send invitations, prepare training material if needed and training participation, prepare and send administrative information to participants (inc. pre-reading documents/works, forms and evaluations)
  • Data entry of training records in Learning Management System, send invitations and evaluations for reporting reasons.
  • Support in meeting with external providers
  • Support in consolidating functional competencies and development plans
  • Support in key training projects
  • Ad hoc support in People Development administration when/if necessary
  • Support the set-up of the local people analytics framework
What Will Make You Successful
  • University Degree in Business Studies
  • 1 year of working experience in HR would be a plus
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, hard-worker, self-motivation, multitasker
  • Fluency in Greek & English
  • PC literacy
