Nespresso Head Office, Athens, Greece
Reporting to: Technical & Quality Manager
Time of contract: Permanent
 

Position summary
The main responsibility of this role is to ensure the effective implementation of the Nespresso After Sales Service guidelines at the Greek and Regional level, ensuring the high level of after sales experience. 
Also to ensure the effective implementation of the Nestlé Nespresso Quality Management System and the Nestlé Nespresso Safety, Health and Environment Guidelines in the Greek Market. 

 

A day in the life...

  • Lead the After Sales Service Management System of the partners.
  • Handle the day-to-day activities and communication to ensure best in class After Sales experience, by connecting with the relevant stakeholders appropriately.
  • Support the Region with audits regarding After Sales Centers.
  • Responsible for monthly After Sales, Safety & Health and Environment Leading KPIs reporting.
  • Run the Safety and Health initiatives for the BTQs for Greek Market.
  • Support Sustainability Initiatives (BCorp, Recycling).
  • Support the Quality/ISO Management System (9001, 14001, 45001).
  • Assure Regulatory support for NN Market products and local developments for the region.

 

What makes you successful

  • University graduate (engineering or food technology background is preferrable).
  • 2 years of professional experience in After Sales Service or Quality, Safety and Environment.
  • ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 principles knowledge is highly desirable.
  • English fluency is essential.
  • MS Office excellent knowledge.
  • Strong project management & time management capabilities along with analytical thinking approach.
  • Good communication skills.
