Position Summary
The E-Commerce Analyst is responsible for building insights from online transactional and behavioral data gathered from various tools and sources. He is also responsible to optimize e-commerce operations and to develop the personalization strategy including all the necessary A/B tests for the e-commerce website and mobile application.
A day in the life of...
Analyze campaigns and provide actionable feedback
- Leverage available data (CSV, CRM, Analytics, Surveys...) to build insights and to support business decision making
- Perform periodic web analysis to inform eChannel Strategy and targets settings
- Maintain & adjust the forecasting based on actual results & key learnings throughout the year
- Provide ad-hoc analysis with insights and recommendations to improve our campaigns, animation, e-merchandising and online experience effectiveness to drive eCommerce business performance
Build Reports and Share insights with the Management Team, Nespresso Global E-Commerce Community and the Distributors
- Produce Monthly/Quarterly/Annual eBusiness KPI reports and dashboards with associated insights and recommendations for Greece and the Distributors in Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Bulgaria & Cyprus.
- Share insights with the Traffic & Performance Specialist to optimize Digital Marketing Channels' performance and investment allocation;
- Customer journeys analysis, A/B testing hypotesis generation as well as per/post A/B testing analysis. Ultimately the eCommerce Analyst will provide E2E eCommerce Funnel analysis to the eCommerce Manager with actionable recommendation to support the eChannel Strategy definition.
- Share Web Analytics insights and recommendation at market level and to the Global Community
- Take the lead and formulate the onsite personalization strategy
What will make you successful
- University Degree in Statistics, Business, Computer Science, or any other related field
- At least 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Best-in-class knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Adwords (Google Certification is a plus) & Google Optimize
- Experience in SEO optimization, A/B Testing, Personalization & Heatmaps Tools is essential
- Fluent English (Written & Spoken)
- Advanced understanding of User Experience & Usability
- Analytical, rigorous and disciplined
- Strong communication and project management skills required
