Position Summary

The E-Commerce Specialist  will execute the day-to-day content related activities of the digital channels (e-commercewebsite, the mobile application and the e-voucher platform(, ensuring a fast, updated and a bug free user experience that converts visitors into satisfied customers.

A day in the life of...

Manage the content of the website, mobile app and e-voucher in order to drive sales

  • Be able to update the CMS (Content Management System) with the latest content (copy, visuals, products) for both global and local campaigns, as per HQ guidelines.
  • Set up new products by providing high quality translations of their descriptions and relevant product suggestions for cross-sells and track stocks in alignment with Supply Chain.
  • Edit and update existing digital material (banners, web pages) to gain agility in managing digital assets, aligned with HQ guidelines by using Photoshop or similar software.
  • Localize, translate, test and activate HQ Landing Pages ensuring the ultimate UX through all touchpoints.
  • Assist in the deployment of new features on the website (localization & testing).
  • Actively participate in the eMerchandising process.
  • Keep up to date the SEO elements of the product and content pages for improved results in Search Engines.

Ensure and assist on the flawless UX of digital touchpoints (website, mobile app, e-voucher)  

  • Ensure a fast, updated, bug free user experience on all digital touchpoints, following International eBusiness guidelines.
  • Run Market Acceptance Tests (both front-end and back-end) in coordination with local IS stakeholders and E-Commerce Coordinator.
  • Support in the incident investigation by raising issues or inconsistences through the reporting process (Jira ticketing system) and the debugging.
  • Escalate any major issue affecting conversion rate, new member’s activation or availability of the products or the platforms.
  • Liaise with Marketing to ensure that all the digital campaigns are properly tracked (analytics tagging and conversion pixels).
What will make you successful
  • At least 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Familiar with Content Management Systems (SAP Hybris preferred) or any other e-commerce platform.
  • University Degree in Computer Science, Digital Marketing or any other related field.
  • Very good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript development & bundle frameworks
  • Experience in SEO, e-Merchandising, A/B testing & Personalization.
  • Firm knowledge in photo editing (photoshop), banner creation (html5) is considered as a plus.
  • Fluent in English (Written & Spoken).
  • Advanced understanding of User Experience & Usability principles.
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork player.
  • Well organized, analytical and attention to detail.
