Your Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Production Manager join our team at our Marton Factory. As the Production Manager you will ensure production plan is fully achieved on time and in compliance with legal requirements meeting safety, quality, hygiene, cost and environment need. Drive continuous improvement through TPM. Empower people to motivate and develop their capability. Align and involved all the relevant functions   

What will make you successful?
•    Ideally you will be Tertiary qualified with a degree in Engineering, Food Science/Food Technology or in a related field
•    Experience leading and inspiring teams
•    Ability to grow and develop people
•    At least 5 years’ experience within a food manufacturing / production background
•    Successful in leading projects across different departments or functions
•    Exposure to continuous improvement and autonomous work groups
•    Experience with implementation of TPM
•    Experience in change Management
