Position Summary:

Facility Coordinator are responsible for coordinating repair requests, vendors and contractors to make sure work orders are completed. They plan and organize the necessary maintenance work orders under minimal supervision. They focus on all aspects of the daily operation related to facility and building management. They provide repair, preventive maintenance and contribute to investment plans.

Primary Responsibilities:

·         Comply with all Safety rules, Nestle Integrated Management System and all other company policies and procedures

·         Schedule repairs for work order requests.

·         Review data from work order reports to find out performance and progress status

·         Present information to an internal department and large groups of employees

·         Follow standardized procedures and practices and receive regular but moderate supervision and guidance.

·         Receive and direct incoming calls to appropriate personnel and voicemail.

·         Schedule and prepare meeting and conference rooms. This includes room setup, placing catering orders, and securing technological equipment.

·         Recognize and solve typical and atypical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval.

·         Evaluate and select solutions from established options.

·         Maintain accurate work orders, proposals, department files, and other paperwork submitted by vendors.

·         Maintain a safe, clean work environment by cleaning up equipment and work area at end of each day

·         Interact and participate with project teams and facility employees as required.

·         Impact the team through the quality of the services or information provided.

 

Job Qualifications (Minimum Education, Experience, and Knowledge)

·         High school diploma, GED or equivalent.

·         Minimum 3 years of related experience required

·         General math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups. or complicated information within the team

·         An established understanding of work routines and standards and applying skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures, and systems.

·         Advanced Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, SAP AMM, iLobby, ISN)

·         Strong communication skills to exchange straightforward information.

·         Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

·         Good people skills at all levels of management
