Support the engineering design and deployment of manufacturing equipment while supporting innovation and renovation of products, processes, and systems—from inception through all stages of development and industrialization —for Cold Coffee Beverages, Coffee Creamers, Coffee Concentrates, and Ready-to-Drink (RTD) Coffee Beverages, enabling competitive advantage in the field. Develop new engineering and technology solutions for future manufacturing needs, ensuring manufacturing excellence in a changing landscape. Drive organizational capabilities through our 3rd party partners, such as our suppliers and co-manufacturers, and Support / lead local and international teams in the same.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Define, develop, and deploy industrial technology and manufacturing solutions, including aseptic technology
  • Scout both new and existing technologies which enable the future ambition of the Nestlé manufacturing landscape
  • Work cross functionally with other teams (safety, electrical & automation, quality & regulatory, suppliers, etc.)
  • Support our markets and factories through technical assistance, project execution, and knowledge transfer for the development of market-local competencies
  • Participate in and support operational improvement initiatives
  • Define and Maintain Standards for both new and existing technologies
  • Support development and deployment projects across R&D and the Markets

Job Qualifications (Minimum Education, Experience, and Knowledge)

Experiential

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years R&D and/or operating / factory experience
  • Experience working with Liquid Processing technology is preferred
  • Experience in design, installation, and commissioning of manufacturing process equipment (hygienic preferred)
  • Experience in Troubleshooting industrial process equipment
  • Spoken foreign languages also a plus
