Position Summary

 

As the Training Manager, you will develop and execute individualized and group learning programs that address specific business needs. You will identify and access the learning needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths, and consultation with Subject Matter Experts and Department Managers. This will include working with all departments to identify needs for training and improvement of current training to ensure that Nestle Purina PetCare Employees are well versed in all aspects of their job and responsibilities to Safety, Quality, Service, Zero Waste and other company goals and initiatives.

 

  •  Ensure strategic alignment of learning and development with business goals.
  •  Evaluate individuals and organizational performance to ensure learning and development is meeting business needs and improving performance.
  •  Develop and deliver learning and development solutions that meet business needs.
  •  Optimize learning and development processes for efficiency.
  •  Select and manage resources, including working with both internal employees and external vendors to develop and deliver training.
  •  Manage the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage and deliver learning and development strategies.

 

Requirements

  •  Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or related discipline.
  •  3+ years’ training and learning experience in a manufacturing, industrial, operational, military or related environment.

 

The approximate pay range for this position is $85,000 to $145,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
