We are currently seeking a full-time 2nd shift Sanitation Tech to join our team in Medford, WI. The right candidate will be reporting directly into the Sanitation Supervisor with the opportunity to grow into other areas of the Quality department.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU:
• Schedule: Core hours will be 10p-6a Monday-Friday, with weekend work as needed.
• Starting hourly pay of $27.25/hr with an additional $1.50/hr shift differential

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH:
- Oversee all plant Sanitation work to verify proper procedures are followed and acceptable cleaning levels are maintained
- Knowledge of chemicals and their proper applications as well as safety precautions that must be followed.
- Perform all duties and actions in a safe manner and continuously monitor areas to ensure that safety procedures are being followed.
- Always wear all required safety equipment and devices.
- Knowledge of titrations and documentation. Ensure proper documentation of sanitation for compliance.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent degree preferred
Skills:
- Ability to work independently or with a team with excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with other team members.
- Willingness and ability to work with minimal temperature control, exposed to local temperature variations as well as wet and dry environment.
- Ability to work safely and multi-task in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
- Ability to move/lift 50 lbs various times, basic math, and reading skills
- Proficient with computer use; standard Microsoft Office Software
- Prior exposure to manufacturing desired, preferably the food or beverage industry with knowledge of GMPs
Pay: $27.25 per hour

The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at top of range.
