We’re currently seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Team Manager to lead our B2B growth across VIC, SA, TAS, and WA and reporting to the Head of B2B.
Lead, Inspire & Win in New Business B2B
In this role, you will shape the next chapter of Nespresso Professional — our premium workplace coffee offering — by leading a team laser‑focused on new business acquisition, high‑value corporate relationships, and expanding our footprint across corporate and professional sectors.
- Inspire and develop a team of six Business Development Managers to exceed regional growth targets and champion a new‑business mindset.
- Lead and execute regional B2B growth strategies aligned to national objectives, focusing on fresh pipelines, untapped markets, and strategic expansion.
- Drive high performance through data, KPIs, and continuous improvement — ensuring every team member has clarity, capability, and confidence to win.
- Build powerful partnerships with senior decision‑makers across corporate, commercial, and professional industries to position Nespresso as the workplace coffee partner of choice.
- Champion territory optimisation, ensuring every market opportunity is mapped, prioritised, and converted into real pipeline momentum.
- Foster a culture of innovation and excellence, where your team thrives through collaboration, coaching, development, and genuine care.
- Travel is a requirement for this position

- 3–5+ years’ leadership experience in B2B field sales within corporate, commercial or professional sectors.
- A proven record of exceeding targets and accelerating growth
in fast‑paced business environments. - Commercial strength with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making and coaching.
- Outstanding communication & stakeholder management to influence at senior levels.
- A passion for developing people and building a truly high‑performing team culture.
- A valid driver's license
