You will create and activate compelling evidence to differentiate our NHSc brands, translate scientific concepts into engaging educational content for stakeholders, and gather insights to shape market strategies. A day in the Life…
- Drive NHSc's leadership in the Healthcare and Scientific Community. Partner with key external stakeholders, share valuable insights, and shape pathways and guidelines through education and research.
- Work with our global medical affairs community to support local initiatives and activation.
- Deliver exceptional medical education by developing and guiding training programs for internal teams. Collaborate with global partners and peers to share best practices and insights across all functions, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Create clear clinical messaging by supporting it with evidence, writing scientific publications, translating research to back our products, and actively gathering insights through attending conferences and engaging with stakeholders.
- Provide comprehensive clinical expertise and evidence support to enhance medical communication and inform commercial strategies.
- Conduct quarterly field visits with the institutional and retail teams to stay informed about the needs and requirements of the field team and healthcare professionals.
- Commit to ongoing personal and professional growth by staying up to date with healthcare trends, scientific advancements, and developments in medical nutrition.
- Maintain compliance with all company principles and policies, including the code of ethics and data privacy regulations.
What will make you successful:
- Master’s level Registered Dietitian, Medical Degree, or PhD in Nutritional Sciences.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in patient care, or medical nutrition, or pharmacy.
- Advanced practical nutritional skills and knowledge.
- Involvement in academic or research activities is preferred; sales experience is a plus.
- Strong scientific background with proven clinical experience and the ability to translate scientific concepts into clinical development and practice.
- Strong commercial acumen to effectively drive growth (preferred).
- Proven ability to work effectively in matrix organizations and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
