This is a unique and exciting opportunity to step up and take the next step in your retail career as a Boutique Manager at our Highpoint Nespresso Pop Up Boutique. We are offering this opportunity on a Fixed Term Contract with the potential to extend.

As a Pop Up Boutique Manager with Nespresso

 

The main focus of this role is building connections with your team, motivating and inspiring them to achieve results. Playing an integral part in a successful team and Boutique operations in a fast paced and results oriented environment, your responsibilities will include:

  • ensuring the successful, professional and consistent operation of the Boutique
  • leading a large retail team to continually develop exceptional levels of customer service within the Boutique and facilitate business growth
  • training and mentoring your team in order to foster their personal development and career progression
  • regularly meeting and pro-actively establishing relationships with your team
  • visual merchandising and inventory management accountability
  • some administrative and reporting functions

As our new Pop Up Boutique Manager…

 

You will have a passion for service excellence and premium presentation with strong attention to detail. Though the role requires strong initiative and self-direction, results are only achieved with and through people. An enthusiastic and motivating team builder with demonstrated experience in engaging and coaching large teams will be successful in this role. A high performing, ambitious individual who is passionate about building connections with people and leads by example while also enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with a variety of tasks will be highly regarded.
