The Opportunity

 

We are searching for a passionate and enthusiastic State Business Manager to support our Sales team in Sydney through managing key Victorian Independent customers, being Ritchies IGA and Foodworks, across our Food & Beverage portfolio. 

 

A day in the life of...

 

You will join a passionate and dynamic team where you will work closely with the marketing & commercial development team to develop and maintain strategies for our business that deliver internal and external sales objectives.

 

A day in life will look like:

 

  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining customer plans to ensure delivery of objectives
  • Monitoring performance against internal and external key performance indicators
  • Formulating action plans as required to reflect changes in market, retailer and/or consumer dynamics to ensure performance objectives are being met
  • Supporting the development of category, channel, and field sales plans with internal stakeholders.
  • Managing positive relationships with cross functional stakeholders, internally & externally

 

What will make you successful

 

  • You will be outgoing, approachable, and passionate about sales
  • As a true partner to the business and customer, you are a confident communicator and can adapt your communication style with different stakeholders.
  • You will be focused on results and be motivated to achieve the best results
  • Ideally you will have proven experience as an Account Management experience within FMCG
  • You will have a proven track record of success in exceeding targets and developing relationships with key customers.
