POSITION SUMMARY
Nestlé Professional Lebanon is looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to strengthen our presence within the HORECA channel and support distributor performance. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities and ensuring strong execution across assigned customers and channels.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
- Distribution Management (Performance KPIs, TPS, IMS, C&P Plan, MS, stock cover, collection…)
- Increase coverage and penetration plan and focus on the hunting side in the assigned geographies/Channels (New leads, opportunities, wins…)
- Focus on new launches
- Achieve IMS target by platform
- Monitor stock cover days and keep a healthy count by SKU
- Ensure sales dues are collected on time within due date and analyze credit terms and days if needed
- Grow market share, increase market penetration, expand customer coverage, within HORECA channels in Lebanon.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customers need to identify risks and unlock new growth opportunities.
What will make you successful…
- BA in Business Management, Marketing or equivalent. Masters is a plus.
- Advanced English proficiency. French is a plus.
- 1- 3 years of experience in Sales Administration or Marketing.
- Strong proficiency with Ms. office applications (Microsoft PowerPoint – Excel).
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Capability to interpret Sales reports.
- Ability to perform in a highly dynamic, and fast-paced environment requiring multitasking & correct prioritization.
- Ability to work in a close team environment with fast adaptation of communication style according to audience.
