The Search Expert is an Above Market role, supporting the Zone eBusiness Category team to drive creation and implementation of Integrated eBusiness Plans for holistic search.

A day in the life of...

Support the assigned Zone Category eBusiness Manager and Markets to drive the creation and implementation of the Search Integrated eBusiness Plans strategy. Help stakeholders accelerate achieving objectives more effectively & efficiently. 

Create, manage and optimize paid and organic search programs across Search Engines, eRetailers, Platforms and Voice Search. 

Own the relationship with assigned search agencies at Zone/Market level, providing regular performance and optimization reports to the Zone Category eBusiness Manager and Market eBusiness Lead. 

Support the Zone Category and market teams with capability building, from beginner to advanced level across Search holistically through training sessions, workshops, webinars and written guidelines

Deal with complex organizational model and several stakeholders in driving change and pushing a cross market agenda.
 

What will make you successful

• Experience with:
  • Holistic Search (SEO, Paid and eRetail)
  • Team management (at least 2 years)
  • Effective Stakeholder Management
  • Project Management
• At least 5 years experience in: 
  • digital marketing
  • SEO
  • eBusiness with large FMCG brands
• Extensive knowledge of Search end to end process
• International agency experience
• Successfully delivered on KPIs
