A day in the life of...

Supports Zone leads and markets to drive creation, implementation and execution of the Brand Websites strategy and help the stakeholders accelerate achieving the objectives / KPIs more effectively and efficiently

Supports the Zone with website localization and continuous improvement process (new content updates, new features rollout, new campaign launch)

Supports pilot identification following Brand Plans with NGBS, markets & SBUs and defines Continuous Improvement Plan with the zone.

Responsible for providing regular performance and optimization reports to Zone Category eBusiness manager, share best practices cross markets/categories, managing and assessing markets' requests

Creates and distributes regular performance reports/best practices outline that offer insights & recommendations, status of pending items and updates on newly implemented solutions/services to the broader marketing team.

Shares results and drive cross-market / categories activity, tracking and monitoring competitors and proposing actions to key stakeholders

Responsible of capability building and training activities for eBusiness local teams, leveraging Nestle Global Solutions
 

What will make you successful

More than 5 years in website management, digital marketing  or eBusiness working with large FMCG brands, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top and bottom line business results

Extensive knowledge of brand website end to end process, from development to daily operations

Good knowledge in Digital Marketing and brand marketing

Successfully managed and led launch / roll out of projects

Proven team oriented mentality and attitude where the work is approached with empathy, enthusiasm, ownership, responsibility, adaptability, balance and resilience

Proven clear communication skills (team collaboration, call, chat, email, tickets, etc.) with excellent response times

Proven change management experience

Proven English skills: writing, reading, speaking
