A day in the life of...

  • Learn and work on execution of PDP objectives and O2C plans in line with NBS Centre strategy.
  • Support the execution of Total Service Quality with NBS and market though:
    • Data gathering for target setting, joint priority discussion with market and operational reviews
    • Support annual survey preparation and follow-up
    • Participate in WORs and MORs with market
  • Drive Continuous Improvements programs and standardization of processes across all markets in scope, whenever possible, through:
    • Effective project management ensuring deliverables and initaitives are properly monitored and on track
    • Root cause identification and resolution
    • Close collaboration with Global and Local teams on joint initiatives
    • Sharing of good practices and success stories across organization that would help in process improvement and efficiency
  • Lead the internal Order to cash pillars supporting the delivery of KPIs and productivity
  • Execute PDP plan created in cooperation with the Line Manager
  • Execute identified business and internal controls of O2C processes
  • Ensure compliance with Nestlé standards in all executed activities

What will make you successful

  • Good understanding of the general Nestlé structure, knowledge of Corporate business principles and Nestle Leadership Framework
  • Good understanding of Shared Service Center operations, internal and external business environment and business processes
  • Knowledge of the specificities of local accounting standarts of the IBP that is serviced
  • Awarness of Nestle accounting and reporting standards
  • Knowledge in accounts receivable process involving cash application, credit analysis and control, collection, reporting and claims procesing preferably in multiple countries and legal entities
  • Good knowledge of GLOBE best practices for Order to cash E2E processes and SAP/Nessoft
  • Solid knowledge of MS office, particulary Excel
  • Proactively looks for opportunities to improve in order to meet service expectations
  • Seeks to understand the partner's/user's perspective and consciously makes an effort to achieve a win win outcome
  • Communicates effectively in both face to face and virtual environments
  • Applies technical, functional and E2E knowledge to resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Understands issues through proper root cause analysis and applies problem solving methodologies to drive sustainable results
  • Establish internal network to facilitate communication of issues and resolution
  • Open for transparent and courageous conversation
  • Agile and flexible to various work assignment and set-up
  • Owns individual development plans and career progression
