We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who will be responsible for attracting and selecting the best people for Nestle entities in the Philippines from rank and file to senior manager/executives.

Lead talent acquisition activities in several functional areas
Partners with Line Managers and HR Business Partner on talent acquisition approach and process
Lead the interview process and discussions on the best candidates for proactive pooling and vacancy management
Manage offers to candidates, together with the hiring unit and HR Business Partner
Develop strategies on talent pipelining to address business needs
Make proposals to adjust staffing to current & upcoming business needs.
Manage or contribute to ad hoc projects, in relation with current needs of the team or organization
What will make you successful
University Degree level education or equivalent
2-3 years’ experience in talent acquisition in a FMCG company or within an agency/head hunter
Solid business experience in an FMCG or nutrition environment, within a multi-national company
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work as part of a multifunctional team and can influence key decision makers
Strong drive to deliver results
A proven track record of high fill rate for critical and executive positions
Willing to be assigned in Bulacan
