A DAY IN THE LIFE OF...

The Content Adaptation Specialist will be a key member of the Content Services Adaptation team, specifically focusing on adapting in-scope adaptation and complex design projects. We are seeking an ideal candidate who is passionate about design, possesses a strong expertise of editing tools, and has experience in producing and designing engaging visual content for all asset touch points: static material, POSM, and video.

The Content Adaptation Specialist will be responsible for adapting images, videos, and other visual content for e-retailer websites, social media channels, email campaigns, and other digital marketing initiatives of Nestlé. They will provide flawless execution of content adaptation, including creative recommendations.

This role involves performing creative activities such as modifying elements, visualizing briefs, adapting context and format, and retouching images for various materials. The Content Adaptation Specialist will also utilize basic expertise in adapting HTML5 banners, Point of Sales materials, basic 3D artwork, and videos with animation.

They will conduct Quality Assessment of adapted design content before release to requestors and maintain documentation of projects. Collaboration with Content Graphic Producers, Content Project Manager Specialists, eCommerce Specialist, Content Services Librarian, and Content Services eContent Accounts is essential to ensure seamless project execution.

The Content Adaptation Specialist should also demonstrate awareness of content planning, aligning with project/campaign requirements, including content types, frequency of creation, and distribution channels.

The ideal candidate for this role should have proven experience in adapting visual content preferably in the FMCG industry. Proficiency in graphic design software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, is required. Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines are essential.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of content planning and distribution strategies is expected. The Content Adaptation Specialist should be able to provide creative recommendations and contribute to the overall success of projects.
