A day in the life of...

Lead the Credit Notes and Business Order Administration team to ensure timely, accurate, compliant, and customer-focused delivery of services to Nespresso markets.
The role is accountable for operational performance, people leadership, stakeholder management, issue resolution, continuous improvement, SOP/control governance, and transition support where new scope is introduced. Drive Monthly Operations Reviews for assigned markets.
Perform regular coaching for subordinates in relation to their objectives, performance and development plans. Involvement in the team's talent management.
 
Operational Delivery
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of BOA and CN activities across markets in scope.
• Oversee workload allocation, cut-off adherence, service continuity, and day-to-day operational routines.
• Drive fast resolution of escalations and service risks.
 
Help to ensure execution of team’s daily activities and functions in:
1) Internet order validation - timely process internet validations including new member registration, orders and account updates for B2C and B2B segment.
2) E-vouchers validation - timely process E-vouchers validations including new member registration, orders and account updates for B2C segment
3) Data cleansing - timely and properly administration of the customers data in the Nessoft
 
People Leadership
• Lead, coach, and develop analysts/specialists across BOA and CN scope.
• Set clear priorities, expectations, and performance standards.
• Support engagement, cross-training, succession planning, and capability building.
• Sustainably apply People Practices the Nestlé way
(Create Context, Select Talent, Develop People, Drive Performance, Recognize Achievement)
 
Stakeholder Management
• Collaborate with Nespresso Manila, other centers, Head Office, market stakeholders, and support teams.
• Represent the team in operational reviews and governance discussions.
• Manage expectations and align action plans with stakeholders.
> Help to create value to customers through development of new and emerging services
> Participate and contribute in the NBS Manila inflow projects
 
Continuous Improvement & Transition Support
• Lead or support process improvement, simplification, and standardization initiatives.
• Manage transitions of new scope where necessary.
• Ensure improvements are documented and benefits are tracked.
 
Compliance, Controls & Documentation
• Ensure controls are executed per process requirements.
• Maintain SOPs and validate process documentation with market SPOCs.
• Support internal and external audit requests within agreed timelines.

             

What will make you successful

  • At least 3 years experience in Accounting / Finance
  • At least 1 year experience in People management
  • With experience in Stakeholder management
  • BA/BS with major or minor in Accounting or Finance
  • Proficiency in English and language of the market (where applicable)
