A DAY IN THE LIFE …

Provides operational support for the delivery of compensation processes and programs across multiple countries in Europe supported by a Regional Total Rewards CoC. These will primarily include analytics regarding base and variable pay schemes. 

 

  • Prepares reports for the KPIs and Statistics related to Total Compensation for the Zone to use in problem solving and decision making.                
  • Works with HR Services and CoS to ensure data quality of the SF SAP for compensation info types.                
  • Ensures data correctness and validation for Nestle's Short Term Bonus schemes across Europe                
  • Contributes to a streamlined process of job matching of external salary survey providers serving all European Markets                
  • Ensures data and process quality for Zone job evaluation tool (eIPE)                
  • Evaluates business processes, gathers requirements, uncovers areas for improvement, develops and implements solutions using Microsoft applications such as Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps, etc.
  • Provides advice and assists in resolving support and maintenance issues
  • Prepares documents such as business process diagrams, flowcharts, requirements documents, functional specifications and reviews with IT HR and other stakeholders
  • Develops test plans and executes structured unit and integrated test scripts and scenario
  • Configures, tests, documents and implements systems and ensures that inbound and outbound data is accurate and results are as excepted at all key integration points with other stakeholders
  • Executes system tests and documents test results"                
  • Conduct regular review and provide solutions to automate manual processes
  • Active participation on NCE:  continuous improvement activities, work together with the team to review and improve the quality, consistency and efficiency of process
  • Review/Update of Standard Routines, L4 and L5s
  • Provides advice on best practice around business process design and improvement
  • Documentation of star initiatives and aligns with process optimizer on the submission of entries for You Rock Nomination 

 

ARE YOU A FIT?

 

  • University Degree level education or equivalent                                              
  • Wtih 2 to 3 + years experience in Human Resources and/or in Master Data with a strong interest for the HR function
  • Experience with KPIs (Creation and use of metrics)
  • Advanced Use of Microsoft Excel
  • In depth understanding of data flows between systems and of data standards. 
  • Financial training and use of Power BI an advantage
