A day in a life...

The Data Operations Specialist is responsible for gathering data and updating reports in a timely and accurate manner to assist business users in decision-making. This role ensures that existing reports are operational and may require interpreting and providing meaningful analysis to support business decisions.

 

  • Generate, collate, and update reports, providing meaningful analysis to drive business decisions.

  • Ensure data accuracy and report timeliness.

  • Update and troubleshoot PowerBI reports to ensure they are refreshed on time.

  • Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) for report creation.

  • Perform additional tasks as assigned in relation to developmental plans.

 

 

What will make you successful...

  • Graduates in Business, Accounting, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Data Analytics, Reporting, or related fields.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Familiarity with database and ERP systems like SAP and Oracle.

  • Experience with reporting tools and methodologies, preferably PowerBI.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a high-volume, analytical, and multi-cultural corporate setting.

  • Leadership and decision-making abilities with a focus on continuous improvement
