A Day in the Life
Nestlé is seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Commerce Supervisor to lead our Syndication, Aggregation, and Monitoring team. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence and ensuring success across Nestlé’s e-retailer platforms globally. The successful candidate will manage team members and workstreams, optimize product content, and oversee processes from publishing to point-of-purchase for e-retailers, ensuring the highest standards of the digital shelf.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Oversee and optimize processes across content syndication, aggregation, e-retailer monitoring, and Amazon back office, ensuring consistency and quality across all subfunctions.
- Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Digital Commerce Specialists, fostering collaboration, continuous learning, and performance excellence.
- Digital Shelf Management: Utilize tools such as Salsify, Product Data Hub (PDH), NielsenIQ Digital Shelf, and Amazon Vendor Central to monitor and enhance digital shelf performance.
- Project Management: Drive large-scale digital commerce initiatives, including market onboarding, tool transitions, and implementation of new services.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal and external partners, ensuring alignment and delivering exceptional service.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear documentation of processes and support models; report on KPIs and website performance metrics.
What Will Make You Successful
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Digital Media, Marketing, International Relations, or related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum 2–3 years in eCommerce, content management, or digital shelf monitoring.
- At least 1–2 years of people management experience (team leadership or supervisory role).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in eCommerce tools (Salsify, PDH, NielsenIQ Digital Shelf, Amazon Vendor Central).
- Strong understanding of end-to-end eCommerce processes, including syndication, aggregation, and monitoring.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and drive results under tight timelines.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication; ability to influence and collaborate across functions.
- Analytical Skills: Strong data interpretation and problem-solving skills; ability to use insights to optimize performance.
- Project Management: Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
