QUICK SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:

 

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and digitalization to achieve customer centricity in the Integrated Order to Cash aiming to minimize waste, reduce complexities and drive automation/provide operational excellence. Identify and implement global innovation solutions in emerging technologies that will improve reliability (via granular feedback), and better customer experience (via immediate and reliable responses) and reduced costs (via increased automation)

 

 

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

 

• Drive business value through digitalization and process optimization: identify and prioritize process optimization opportunities that directly align with the organization's goals and objectives, ensuring maximum business value including touchpoints between O2C and E2E value chain.

• Engage and collaborate with stakeholders: Engage with the Customer Supply Chain community to accelerate decision-making and drive process improvements. Institute and maintain effective governance structures including establishing clear roles and responsibilities, implementing effective controls and accountability at all levels of the organization. Address escalations to relevant stakeholder. Communicate project benefits and its contribution to Customer Centricity.

• Ensure smooth execution and change management: Develop and implement strategies to ensure the successful execution of process optimization initiatives, including effective change management practices.

• Drive change management at scale: Lead and support the implementation of process optimization initiatives across multiple markets and centers, ensuring alignment and adoption of best practices and technology across the Zone. Act as a regional SPOC with Market/Zone/Global teams to review, analyze and drive improvement of leading KPIs. Evolve KPIs based on business need.

• Implement best Practices to drive Customer Centricity framework in the market and through commercial & customer collaboration.

• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team: Inspire, motivate, and guide team towards achieving shared objectives through developing a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

 

WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL

 

• Proven experience in O2C E2E process optimization, change management, and stakeholder management.

• Experience with Digital Transformation.

• Expert competency in E2E Value chain. Solid understanding of the O2C flow and key business functions outside of the O2C stream

• Strong leadership and project management skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
