A DAY IN THE LIFE …

The HRBS Operations Lead - Global Mobility plays a key role in delivering strategic, customer-centric Global Mobility services that support Nestlé's global workforce. The role leads Global Mobility operations, ensuring service excellence, compliance, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across international assignments, relocations, immigration, and tax-related mobility services.

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Global Mobility services, ensuring high-quality support for international assignments, relocations, immigration, and tax compliance activities.

• Drive service excellence by monitoring operational performance, productivity, service levels, customer experience, and business value delivery.

• Partner with Global Mobility Centers of Excellence, market stakeholders, and service providers to deliver seamless mobility experiences for assignees and their families.

• Identify and implement process improvements, automation initiatives, and technology-enabled solutions to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.

• Manage escalations, stakeholder concerns, and service-related risks while ensuring timely resolution and effective communication.

• Support the adoption, expansion, and deployment of Global Mobility services, including new markets, service lines, and operational transitions.

• Lead operational readiness, transition activities, go-live support, and hypercare for new services and market implementations.

• Drive standardization of processes across markets while ensuring compliance with global guidelines, local regulations, and Nestlé standards.

• Monitor controls, risk management activities, audit requirements, and business continuity plans to ensure operational compliance and governance.

• Partner with external vendors including immigration providers, relocation companies, tax advisors, and mobility service providers to ensure service quality and SLA adherence.

• Ensure data quality, reporting accuracy, and continuous monitoring of assignee and expatriate records across mobility systems.

• Lead and develop a team of Supervisors and Specialists through coaching, performance management, succession planning, capability development, and employee engagement initiatives.

• Build a high-performing organization by fostering collaboration, continuous learning, operational excellence, and a strong customer-centric culture.

 

ARE YOU A FIT?

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Business, Management, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Global Mobility, HR Operations, Shared Services, or a related HR function, including leadership experience

• Strong experience in international assignments, relocations, immigration, mobility compliance, and expatriate administration

• Knowledge of global mobility policies, international assignment types, and mobility best practices

• Understanding of immigration requirements, work permits, cross-border employment regulations, and international compliance requirements

• Familiarity with international tax regulations, tax equalization principles, and expatriate compensation and benefits programs

• Experience leading global or shared services operations, transitions, service expansion, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Proven project management experience, including operational transitions, transformation programs, and service deployments

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across global and regional organizations

• Experience managing external vendors and mobility service providers, including immigration, relocation, and tax partners

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data to drive operational decisions and improvements

• Experience leading high-performing teams through coaching, succession planning, capability development, and employee engagement

• Strong knowledge of compliance, risk management, controls, audit requirements, and business continuity practices

• Experience working in a multinational, cross-functional, and matrix organization

• Knowledge of mobility technology platforms, case management systems, and digital HR solutions

• Strong customer focus with a commitment to delivering exceptional employee experiences

• Excellent leadership, change management, negotiation, and consulting skills
