Position Summary
This role is critical in leading the HR Data & Analytics function, overseeing HR Services, and delivering strategic HR Business Partnering support to the organization. It is responsible for providing strategic HR guidance, translating data‑driven insights into informed people decisions, ensuring high‑quality HR service delivery, driving continuous process improvement, and building strong partnerships with business leaders. The role requires strong expertise in HR analytics, HR operations, and service delivery, supported by proven leadership, communication, and analytical capabilities. Staying current with industry trends and aligning HR strategies to the specific needs of the FMCG and BPO environments is essential.
- HR Data & Analytics Leadership:
- Lead and manage the HR Data & Analytics function, overseeing the collection, analysis, and interpretation of HR data to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify key HR metrics and analytics needs, aligning data insights with organizational goals and objectives.
- Utilize advanced analytics techniques, to identify trends, predict future workforce needs, and provide proactive HR insights, including the leadership of OPP & HR budget process.
- Translate complex analytics findings into actionable recommendations for workforce planning, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.
- HR Services Leadership:
- Lead and manage the HR Services team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional HR services and support to employees and stakeholders.
- Oversee HR operations and administration, employee support and query resolution, employee engagement and experience, benefits management, employee relations, time management, vendor management, and special projects.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, automation, and self-service capabilities within HR services.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, legal, and regulatory requirements.
- Strategic HR Business Partnership:
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing expert HR guidance and support in alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their needs and challenges, translating them into HR strategies and initiatives.
- Drive the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives that support the overall business strategy.
- Provide counsel and lead organizational design, talent management, workforce planning, change management, and employee engagement strategies & initiatives.
- Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster an inclusive and healthy work culture.
- Work with business leaders to identify current and future talent needs. Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
- Identify talent gaps and develop strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent & Drive succession planning and talent pipeline initiatives.
- HR Strategy and Planning:
- Contribute to the development and execution of the HR strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall organizational goals and objectives, including OMP and Goal definitions and management.
- Identify HR trends, best practices, and innovative approaches to enhance HR effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with HR leaders to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that support the organization's culture and values.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics and data to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and regulations specific to the FMCG and BPO industries and ensure HR strategies and initiatives align with the unique needs and challenges of these industries.
- Leadership and Team Management:
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the HR Data & Analytics team and HR Services team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Set clear goals and expectations, monitor team performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Develop and nurture talent within the team, identifying and addressing skill gaps through training and development initiatives.
- Foster collaboration and strong partnerships within the HR team and across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in HR leadership roles, including HR Data & Analytics and HR Services.
- Strong knowledge and experience in HRBP, HR operations, and HR service delivery.
- Experience in leading and managing HR teams, driving process improvement initiatives, and implementing HR programs and initiatives.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into HR strategies and initiatives.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
