A DAY IN THE LIFE…
In this role, you will act as the end-to-end Subject Matter Expert (SME), ensuring operational excellence, process consistency, and continuous improvement across all activities within scope. Your day will involve a blend of execution, coaching, problem-solving, and collaboration with both the team and market stakeholders.
Core Responsibilities
- Serve as the end-to-end SME, ensuring all activities are executed on time and aligned with agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Identify and reinforce relevant controls across the end‑to‑end process to ensure consistent application among all teams.
- Proactively identify, propose, and implement process initiatives to enhance efficiency and improve performance in partnership with the Process Optimizer.
- Drive and coordinate workstream reviews, and co‑facilitate MOR sessions to ensure timely resolution of open items.
- Coach and train team members to strengthen end‑to‑end functional capability and enable them to "connect the dots" across processes.
Supporting Total Service Quality with NBS and Market
- Facilitate WOR sessions with the market; engage in brainstorming with the Team Lead, prepare MOR decks, and co‑facilitate discussions.
- Act as the first level of market escalation, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are implemented and closed out effectively.
- Support data gathering for target setting and contribute to joint priority discussions with the Market.
Driving Continuous Improvement & Standardization
- Support the identification of automation and analytics opportunities; conduct feasibility studies with the Process Optimizer, Operations, and BSA/Analytics team.
- Lead process improvement projects driven by metrics, trend analysis, and market feedback.
- Share best practices and success stories across the organization through expert networks to promote process improvement and efficiency.
ARE YOU A FIT?
- Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or any related course

Proven experience in end‑to‑end payroll processing
(Basic payroll reconciliation experience is an advantage) -
Fluency in the language of the market being supported

English proficiency at a pre‑intermediate level or higherStrong communication skills — both written and verbal
