A day in the life...

  • Will be responsible for all non-technical tasks such as communication (e.g. Friday email, documentation (e.g. FAQs and training materials)
  • Liaison point for all inquiries coming from Markets/Agencies via project email & NC Form – will triage and assign tickets to the OSL team 
  • Will work with the Claravine Data Steward to update the NCID list in SharePoint/SQL as required
  • Supports the MDFA Comms Specialist with communication tasks as required
  • Attends to Customer’s queries and ensure timely resolution of issue
  • Participates in various Order to Cash Continuous Improvement initiatives

What will make you successful

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, IT course
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent troubleshooting/problem solving skills
  • Basic proficiency of MS 365 suite (Word, Outlook, Teams, Planner, SharePoint, Excel, PPT)
  • Detailed oriented, especially with documentation of tickets
