Responsibilities
- To provide Information Technology services and solutions to NBS Manila site in-line with Company and PH LGO objectives.
- To ensure efficiency and availability of IT services to avoid disruption of work or loss to the company.
- To be the IT Champion in the field of expertise driving improvement and ensuring compliance to Global and Security standards.
- User/Device Support
- Computer Room Support
- Hardware Logistics & Refresh
- Workstation Management & Support
- Mobility Management
- Desktop & Mobile Device Management Tools
- Image Management and Testing
- Technology Refresh
- Remote Software Deployment
What will make you successful
- College Graduate related to the field of I.T.
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in I.T. (Server, Network/Telephony, EUC), preferably on a Shared Service environment- experience in service desk service
- Experience in an ERP application environment, preferably SAP would be a plus
- Detail-oriented, and able to prioritize work
- Strong IT Technical Skills (Network, Telephony, Windows Servers, End User and Mobile Computing)
