Position Summary:
To lead the assigned Identity and Access Management Stream covering User Account Management, Roles Management, Digital Security and Cloud Security services teams, ensuring Total Service Quality, efficiency and effectiveness for the service lines they are responsible for.
Responsible for managing and processing access and role provisioning within covered systems, ensuring standardization, compliance and continuous improvement, in line with global guidelines and design.
A day in the life:
- Coordinate and encourage the team to drive efficiencies and savings wilst maintaining or improving the agreed service levels with the Markets.
- Act upon the agreed actions to ensure Total Service Quality, seeks ways to continuously improve the relationship and service delivery to the Markets.
- Foster an end to end mindset in the team and others to ensure effective problem solving and service delivery.
- Works in partnership with the Point of Contact and Market Account Lead to improve service delivery and solve issues raised by the Markets
- Monitor overall performance of NBS operations measuring SLAs, timelines, quality, rework, issues and delivering reports to streams to give full visibility on NBS performance
ARE YOU A FIT?
- Graduate of Information Technology Course
- Minimum 5 years work experience
- Strong work commitment, achievement focus and ability to meet work deadlines
- Ability & willingness to travel overseas.
- Strong Customer-Centric Orientation
- Strong functional knowledge in identity and access provisioning
- Experience in working in a cross-functional and networked organization (internal and external providers)
- Prior experience in Information Technology covering request and incident management and account and access managment.
- Project management and delivery skills
- Highly developed leadership and influencing skills as core competencies essential for success within the role
- Experience in Shared Service Center (CoS or CoC) operations would be a significant plus
- Experience in root cause analysis, industry benchmarking, survey evaluation and data interpretation
- Demostrated experience conducting Business impact analysis and vulnerability assessments for facilities, people, processes and technology
- Proven ability to manage initiatives across multiple teams, platforms, and sites
