A day in the life of...

Responds to consumers inquiries, comments, and complaints using standard scripts and FAQs via outbound calls and emails

Ensures Nestlé CES Standard Instructions on Consumer Complaints Handling process is handled appropriately and in a timely manner

Utilizes various market-based tools and applications for consumer management and servicing

Provides empathetic and cutting-edge service in customer service based on Nestlé CES Standard Instructions on Consumer Complaints Handling

Resolve customer inquiries, comments, and complaints of consumers

Ensures accurate encoding of all information received from consumer and other cross functional teams in the database

Ensures proper notification and escalation of critical complaints and irate consumers

Prepares standard reports to track workload, response time, and quality input 

Develops and maintain accurate files

What will make you successful

College graduate

2-3 years experience in customer service

Experience in excellent customer service and customer case escalations

Good English and Filipino written and verbal communication

Excellent in multi-tasking, listening and comprehension

Experience in using MS Office Applications
