A day in the life of...

• Contributes to the success of the assigned end to end service by exceptionally delivering the function's KPI and SLA while using the language assigned. Serves as a language expert.
• Learns and works on execution of people development objectives and end to end plans in line with NBS Center strategy.
• To execute accurately and timely daily activities and functions using the expected language expertise
• Contributes to Continuous Improvements programs and standardization of processes across all markets in scope, whenever possible;
• Executes identified business and internal controls
• Analyzes and checks KPIs on quality of services provided
• Ensures compliance with Nestlé standards in all executed activities.

What will make you successful?

• Open to Undergraduates / College Level or Graduates of any course
• Can effectively communicate in English and Nihongo/Japanese in a business setting (At least holder of JLPT certificate or N2/N1 level)
• With working knowledge in SAP or MS Applications
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solid business results.
• Willing to adjust shift schedule as demanded by the business.
