The MDF Helpdesk Analyst plays a critical role in supporting Markets and Agencies by serving as the primary liaison for all inquiries submitted through project email channels and Support Forms. This role is responsible for triaging, assigning, and tracking requests, ensuring efficient workflow between Data Foundation Experts and the OSL team. The analyst also supports weekly clinic preparation, communications tasks, SharePoint updates, and training material creation. This position requires strong communication abilities, excellent problem‑solving skills, and high attention to detail to maintain smooth operations within the MDF ecosystem.

 

A day in the life of...

 

  • Act as the main point of contact for all Market and Agency inquiries submitted via project email and Support Forms.
  • Triage, assign, and monitor requests from Data Foundation Experts to the OSL team, ensuring timely follow‑ups and closure of open tickets.
  • Handle all non‑technical tasks, including platform access provisioning, environment access setup, and ad hoc operational activities.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all helpdesk and ticket‑related activities.
  • Support in preparing weekly clinics by coordinating topics and ensuring readiness of materials. 
  • Maintain detailed documentation, update SPOC lists, and perform regular content reviews for accuracy and relevance.
  • Assist the MDFA Communications Specialist with:
    • Weekly Friday Email updates
    • SharePoint site maintenance
    • Creation and enhancement of training module presentations
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to streamline processes and improve request management workflows.
  • Provide feedback on recurring issues to enhance helpdesk efficiency.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities. 
  • Attention to detail, particularly in documenting tickets and tracking service requests.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools including Word, Outlook, Teams, Planner, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong conflict‑resolution and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
  • Experience in ticket management, helpdesk operations, or service request resolution
  • Experience using Canva for basic design or email content creation.
