A day in the life of...

We are looking for our pilot batch of Management Trainees of our different Finance teams. As a Management Trainee, you will undergo 24-months of accelerated development program that will allow you to experience working for the Finance end-to-end streams at Nestlé Business Services Manila, such as Order to Cash (Accounts Payable/Receivable), Record to Report (Accounting Operations, Tax), Source to Pay (Procurement), and Finance & Control. What will make you successful

• Bachelor’s Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, or any Business-related program
• High performing talents with exceptional rating in the last performance cycle
• Not more than 2 years of professional work experience
• Exceptional leadership
• High learning agility and resilience
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Availability to join as a cohort by January 2022
