A DAY IN THE LIFE OF...

The Website Project Manager manages and supports digital program for Nestlé businesses and/or markets to ensure that the goals of the digital program are accomplished. The Website Project Manager  is the main interface between the Business, the markets, the agencies (creative, UX, SEO, technical...), the Nestlé IT and the IMS Website & D2C Service operation team. The Website Project Manager takes ownership of the websites success and act as an extention of the business team.

 

Scope:

Nestlé websites (brand, corporate and D2C)

Duties:

- Lead, manage and oversee key critical projects for the business

- Be the business point of contact, as well as point of escalation for the business

- Project Management: Manage optimization projects/initiatives across all websites in scope

- Manage content enhancement and coordinate features implementation across multiple assigned websites

- Coordinate website template changes from functional specification to implementation testing and acceptance

- Coordinate requests with other Website Optimization services resources

- Coordinate activities with external agencies and internal IT teams (MSE)

- Monitoring and analysis of KPIs of all team members

- Deliver training on new features, be main point of contact for ensuring team is fuly trained

- Develop documentation to enhance and optimise Project management efficiencies

- Install new content and edit existing HTML within

CMS platform; ensure content is accurate; ensure

timely publication

- Improve/create illustrations in Photoshop in collaboration with marketing and design teams

- Optimize published pieces using SEO guidelines

- Maintain the websites once content is live and ensure the information is accurate

- Mentor and support other website content editors (project managers) Be involved in the PDP process and active career development

- Hire, onboard and train new employees

- Ensure alignment with other internal teams (tech team, QA team, SEO team)

 

ARE YOU A FIT?

1. University Degree in Digital Marketing, Digital Technologies or related fields
2. Excellent speaking, writing and editing skills in English
3. Hands-on experience with Website project management with multiple stakeholders (at least 3 years)
4. Ability to work with colleagues and partners located around the world
5. Highly proactive, motivated, and innovative thinker, with ability and willingness to share his/her knowledge with peers
6. A team oriented mentality and attitude where the work is approached with empathy, enthusiasm, ownership, responsibility, adaptability, balance and resilience
7. Meeting deliverable requirements, service level agreements and specific targets
8. Excellent communication skills (team collaboration, call, chat, email, tickets, etc.) with excellent response times
9. Able to manage both speed and quality
10. Hands on experience with Content Management Systems (preferably Drupal 7 and 8), SEO and analytic tools (at least 3 years)
11. Solid understanding of analytics and content optimization concepts and tools (Google marketing Platform, Google Optimize)
12. Solid understanding of SEO concepts and tools (ideally BrightEdge, DeepCrawl…).
13. Solid understanding of user experience optimization concepts and tools (SessionCam, Usabilla)
14. Familiarity with benchmarking tools (ideally SimilarWeb)
15. Good understanding of the digital marketing landscape
16. Ability to work with ticketing and workflow tool
17. Experience working in a corporate and multi-cultural environment
18. At least 1 year experience managing (overseeing) a team from Project Lead perspective
