We are looking for an Operational Risk Desk Coordinator to support Nestlé's regional insurance and risk management activities across multiple markets. This role is responsible for coordinating insurance programs, claims management, risk financing activities, business continuity initiatives, and property loss prevention efforts while partnering with internal and external stakeholders.

 

 

A Day in the Role

 

  • Support regional insurance and risk management activities across Asia Oceania, Europe, Africa, and MENA markets.
  • Coordinate regional insurance and risk management programs across multiple markets.
  • Manage insurance policy administration, renewals, premium payments, and compliance activities.
  • Support claims management and ensure adherence to established guidelines and protocols.
  • Drive Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Property Loss Prevention (PLP) initiatives.
  • Validate and maintain insurance data, reporting accuracy, and documentation.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders, insurers, brokers, and consultants to ensure service excellence.
  • Monitor risk-related activities, identify issues, and recommend process improvements.
  • Prepare reports and provide insights to support effective risk management and decision-making.

 

 

What Will Make You Successful

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Risk Management, Insurance, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in insurance, risk management, compliance, finance operations, or shared services.
  • Knowledge of insurance operations, claims management, governance, risk, and compliance (GRC).
  • Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and data analysis/reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in multinational organizations, shared services, or insurance-related industries is an advantage
