Job Summary

The Order to Cash Senior Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring efficient, accurate, and high‑quality execution of Order to Cash and Master Data processes across markets. This role focuses on driving process excellence, data governance, and continuous improvement while supporting stakeholders through reliable service delivery, strong controls, and project execution. The role contributes to operational stability and transformation initiatives impacting internal and external business flows.

A Day in the Life

• Execute and oversee Master Data and Order to Cash processes with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, and quality
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and data quality across markets
• Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders, including commercial teams, finance, IT/D&T, and external partners
• Support and contribute to projects impacting Master Data and Order to Cash processes, ensuring on‑time and on‑quality delivery
• Monitor service performance using defined KPIs and address gaps through root‑cause analysis and corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with governance, controls, and data management standards

Qualifications / What Will Make You Successful

• Strong understanding of Order to Cash and Master Data processes, including end‑to‑end business flows
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SAP Master Data solutions
• Experience working in a service delivery or shared services environment
• Ability to analyze data, monitor performance, and drive insights for decision‑making
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across markets and functions
• Language proficiency aligned with the center’s operational needs
