Leverage and ensure maturity of the continuous improvement initiatives across Nestle Business Services (NBS) Manila. Build continuous improvement capabilities and accelerate performance of NBS Manila.
Design and Communicate Continuous Improvement Strategy across NBS Manila
• Prepare and communicate Continuous Improvement strategy and roll-out plan for NBS Manila, including selection, initiatives, and priorities of roll-out
• Establish adequate structure and resources allocation to support effective roll-out of Continuous Improvement within NBS Manila
• Establish the right organization (people and structure) in NBS Manila to support roll out of initiatives within the company, according to the Continuous Improvement Operating Framework
Monitor Operational Performance KPIs and Provide Relevant initiatives to bridge the gap from the targets
• Monitor capacity & productivity improvement, cost savings and total value added of across streams and providing relevant information or focus areas to close gap from the target
Coordinate performance and quality monitoring to support flawless operations execution
• Monitor operations' quality of input to ensure errors are identified, reported, corrected and root-causes are analyzed and eliminated to prevent future mistakes
• Ensure timeliness execution of controls and work together with operations to reduce the number of errors (quality assurance)
• Monitor overall performance of NBS operations measuring SLAs, timelines, quality, rework, issues and delivering reports to streams to give full visibility on NBS performance
• Stream lead or other managerial experience
• Experience with Continuous Improvement (Pillar leader or Continuous Improvement Champion)
• Participated in a major change initiative, ideally without direct supervision, in a complex environment
• Contributed strategically and practically to the design and execution of the initiative
• Cross-functional and multi-cultural experience
• Experience of working with Senior Management
• Experience in audit management
