As a Pricing Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate pricing and promotional setup to support seamless Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain pricing integrity, improve invoice accuracy, reduce pricing-related claims, and drive continuous process improvements across commercial operations. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Pricing and Promotion Setup: Configure and maintain customer pricing conditions in SAP, including discounts, rebates, promotional offers, and other pricing components that impact customer invoicing. 

• Stakeholder Coordination: Ensure accurate and timely handoff of pricing-related requests to shared services teams and business stakeholders. 

• Sales Enablement: Partner with Sales and pricing owners to support pricing updates, system enhancements, and future self-service capabilities. 

• Contract and Documentation Management: Maintain pricing agreements, contracts, and supporting documentation to ensure compliance and pricing accuracy. 

• Reporting and Accrual Management: Generate reports to support reconciliations, accrual tracking, and pricing performance analysis while maintaining pricing accruals in SAP. 

• Issue Resolution and Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify pricing discrepancies and prevent issues that may lead to invoice inaccuracies, claims, or deductions. 

• Continuous Improvement: Participate in process optimization initiatives to enhance pricing accuracy, customer experience, and operational efficiency. 

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Finance, Customer Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to address recurring pricing and promotional setup concerns. 

What Will Make You Successful 

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field. 

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Pricing, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Order-to-Cash (O2C), Finance Operations, Customer Service, or a related function. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage and interpret large data sets. 

• Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems. 

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of PowerPoint and Outlook. 

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
