A day in the life of...

• Drive E2E Performance with focus on customer centricity across all processes. Define improvement areas based on NPS feedback and comments for the operations team.

• Single point of contact of MAL when it comes to OMPs, Measures and reviews. Liase with the MAL to prepare for the MORs and QERs with Markets for all aspects pertaining to TSQ. Ensure issue/query resolution across all processes in the E2E and provide adequate visibility to the MAL.

• Liase with the Process Leads and E2E Leads to ensure timely closure of action items idenfified during the MOR and QER.

• Work with the process leads to ensure CI initiatives are implemented for the E2E services while addressing market needs and standardization.

• Provide cross market view for the E2E team to foster E2E benchmark and standardization

• Identify list of initiatives through the use of NCE tools.

• Coach teams on the completion of the identified initiatives. Responsible in updating and uploading iniatives in the Global Initiatives.

• Act as the TSQ Ambassador to provide the visibility on TSQ for each End to End's Operational Team

• Work closely with operations to align OMPs from NBS Manila level down to E2E level and cross E2E alignment: Facilitate and Support OMP Creation and update, measures development and tracking, measures review.

• Provide an interpretation/insight over the actual performance of the streams using the data in CATS tool.

• Provide reports (with right stratification) to E2E Leads that support the identification pipeline of initiatives that will improve the performance indicators of the team, this includes Capacity, Productivity and Overtime

• Fulfill the role of the “Automation Pillar” for the E2E driving identification and prioritization of automation needs. Lead the design and implementation for the local automation initiative within the E2E. Ensure alignment of local initiatives with global priorities. Ensure feedback from markets are translated into clearly defined opportunities for efficiency.
